WGS was the most successful but I prefered going to the games under the MON reign so I'll say a draw between those two.

Centenary season was fantastic, and Burns' team was a joy to watch but it really has to be between our previous two managers for me.

Voted for Billy McNeil, was swaying between him and MON. Why? I don't know but as soon as I read the question he was the man I thought of.

Strachan has been the best manager, but O'Neill had the best team to watch.

Edit: But a special mention to Wim Jansen. :icon_mrgreen:

i was in 2 minds here tbh? so i went with martin o`neil!

i think he edges it over strachan just i think simple fact he gave us a world class team that gave us all so many great times going to watch them,a lot of trophies too and great auld firm victories aswell and of course the uefa cup final! fantastic.

wee g was so outstanding in the sucess he brought to us and there is no dougt he didnt.a rantastic manager who gave us 3 in a row cup wins! and got us to the last 16 twice of the cl! an for that i am greatly appreciative of that.

so it was a close one and so i went for mon (just)

Its a draw between O'neill and Strachan for me, both successful, cant pick between them.

Cant forget Wim either for stopping 10 in a row. :50:

in terms of managerial ability Strachan wins it. O'Neill was great but he spent 30mil in his foirst window alone and, as harsh as it may sound, only delivered 2IAR. In comparison Strachan took over a terrible squad and only spent 7mil or so and went on to win 3IAR. In europe Strachan was far better - went were O'Neill couldn't - the last 16 twice. Not detracting to O'Neill who i preferred to Strachan as a person but Strachan, at celtic, was a better manager working with limited resources

Without a doubt it is Martin O'Neil for me. The 2001 season in particular is a year that will long live in the memory. There was something very special about the team O'Neil built. It was filled with so much quality and of course we had Larsson at his peak.

MON for me just the way he got 100% from every player plus Seville Barca and the 7 OF victories in a row

went with MON, i know WGS has had a last 16 etc... but the memories under MON are just so more vivd anything to the 6-2 thrashing of Rangers, to knocking out Barca at the Nou Camp or Liverpool and Hartson iconic goal they were just some of the most greatest moments of my supporting life and they are just to name a few, other then celtic claiming the scalp of Man u under WGS with Naka's free kick i've never felt as excited over results unlike MON.

which i'm guessing i'll get slated for as maybe people will bring up other big results WGS got for us.

i know i shouldn't be saying this either really but you consider what MON had to do to celtic when he came in, is almost similiar to what TM had to do but in TM's case on lesser scale and then compare the end results compared to one another MON done a fine job getting 2IAR and compared o to WGS 3IAR seems like one less but i still think people just dismiss just how much of shambles Rangers wer until Walter came in, Walter came in late but once he settled it was glaringly obvious that at almost a click of the fingers from him he had Rangers catching up to us and fast as history will show that we ended up losing last year and again this by the look of things. WGS 3IAR i feel was much more easier to obtain then MON 2IAR as there was no direct competition from anybody unless you count that brief flutter from hearts, but still credit is due to WGS he did get us to the last 16 two times, but MON still pips it for me for just the sheer joy and excitment i felt while watching some of his games
