That guy is way to injury prone, always be remembered for that penalty miss, and if there selling him maybe there bringing in berbatov.

Class player when fit if he had stayed fit during his stay at Utd he would have been world class he has everything to his game would have loved us trying to get him on loan or a cut price fee ,
He will probs settled down now at Everton and stay injury freee

20% chance of staying fit - can't understand Moyes this post season at all...spent too much time looking at that fucker Moutinho as opposed to looking at realistic targets. Another average season, and Arteta will be on his way...

i wouldn't say they had an average season, 5th is the best they can expect. thats a huge achievement for anyone outside the big four

I can't see them coming near fifth this year IMO...last year was extraordinary for them and fair play.Plus, Arteta sees himself (quite rightly) as a player good enough to be playing for a team in the mix for trophies / winners medals every season. They did well getting rid of AJ, i grant you that, but with Cahill's general fitness a big doubt they seem to me to be pretty short this season...Yakubu is immense, but only when he can be bothered, Lescott had an astonishing year - better than i think even he thought himself capable - and Neville is nearing the end....i thought they needed to spend big this summer to keep up, and they have not.

i agree they wont finish 5th this year but to do that the previous 2 years is a pretty good standard. i was hoping they'd spend big too and try and push liverpool but now i'd fancy villa and man city to finish above them and maybe newcastle if they finally get their act together

The Geordies are my English team - only English ground i've been to and it was a fantastic day (got beat 2-0 by Man City..not as good). I REALLY want them to have a good season and get abck on the stage they are their fans belong to - Lost Milner today, but for more money than he's worth and i'm wanting to see that invested back into the squad in the next couple of days...Owen is class, Colloccini a great purchase, barton a mink, but a mink who can play football..
Just a shame we didn't move on Alan Smith - his wages are fucking vast bearing in mind how little he has done since arriving...
Moving in the right direction though, for once...

He looks fantastic, i agree - i knew little of him before he came, so i was concerned he'd be another "hollywood" player (are you Berkovic in disguise)...but he was the best man on the park v United, and it was a pleasure to watch him.
As for Smith - haaaaaaaaaa! That would have been wonderful.
