Tamas signs for Dinamo Bucharest - TalkCeltic

Dont know if this has been posted already but Tamas has signed for Dinamo Bucharest. Strange move for him, thought he had higher ambitions than the Romanian league. From sky sports:

Auxerre defender Gabriel Tamas has joined former club Dinamo Bucharest on loan.
The Romanian international, who attracted interest from Celtic earlier in the year, has returned to his homeland after failing to make the Auxerre side for the opening two matches of the season.
International duty

The 24-year-old played for his country in the midweek win over Latvia and his loan has netted €500,000 (£400,000) for the French club with Dinamo having the option to buy him for €4million (£3.2million).
Tamas began his career with Brasov in 1998 and has previously had two stints with Dinamo.
He has also played for Galatasaray, Spartak Moscow and Spanish club Celta Vigo.

its his loss really. i wanted him to come here and i'd rather him than loovens but i wont lose any sleep over it. there's no way they'll be paying the same wages we offered him either

good player with know ambition ,dont get why he went there when he could be playing champs league etc ,and as clagan says he would have got more money probaly.

totally agree it just shows how unambitious the man is when he passes up the opportunity to play in front of 60,000 and play in europe's top competition every year. I was realy impressed with him and the other romanian centre backin the euro's this year tho but no point in signing him as his attitude seems terrible to say the least

He's a greedy cunt, that's why he's had 5 clubs in 5 years and 8 if you count loans. He wanted to play for us with a huge wage.

He's not the best though, he had a good tournament over 3 games where Romania drew two games and lost one, besides those games have you seen him play? He played for an Auxerre side which placed 15th in Ligue 1 and went tumbling out of the Coupe De France 3-0 to Bastia, skimming off the bottom of the French league is hardly buying the best.
