Bundesliga club Hamburg have claimed that Manchester City have secured the signing of defender Vincent Kompany.
Great signing for Mark Hughes, classy player, didn't expect him to end up at City, more likely Arsenal.

a'right, don't get excited.
Perhaps a sub forum which said "World Transfers" or something would have made it clearer. I didn't look at the forum title when I posted, I just remember looking in that section for non Celtic transfer news...
Christ, some of the people here are worse than the dark side for jumping down someones throat when they get something wrong.

he was supposed to be the next big thing but i haven't heard much about him since he moved to germany, should do well beside richard dunne

Transfer Rumours is a subforum of Celtic Chat on a Celtic website, go figure.
World Football is the place to talk about football outside of Celtic (obviously) and the SPL which also has a forum to itself.
This isnt rocket science but several people are making basic errors. Is this your first forum that you've been active on?
