Republic seek new Georgia venue

Giovanni Trapattoni has taken charge of the Republic of Ireland

The Republic of Ireland want to change the venue of their World Cup qualifier against Georgia after the outbreak of war in the former Soviet state.
The match is scheduled to be played on 6 September in the capital Tbilisi where Russian forces were reported to have launched attacks.
The FAI has written to Fifa, Uefa and the Georgian Football Association to request a change of venue for the game. The Irish government has advised against non-essential trips to Georgia. The match will be Giovanni Trapattoni's first competitive match in charge of the Republic.

I was wondering about this. I've heard today that there was a ceasefire, not sure if that will change the minds of FIFA.
