Spain's David Villa will miss Sunday's Euro 2008 final against Germany after suffering a thigh problem in the semi-final win over Russia.
The 26-year-old striker came off after 34 minutes of Spain's 3-0 victory after injuring himself taking a free-kick. "Now I have to enjoy the show from outside," said Villa, who is top scorer at the tournament with four goals.

wonder if he will still get top scorer because Podolski has 3 and i think he will play. Whereas Villa has 4 but hes not playing. Do they share it if they finish up on 4 each ?
I assume they'd share it yeh, I don't expect Podolski to score two anyway so I think Villa has atleast got joing top scorer.

I lost a lot last time backing Spain V Italy, so hopefully it's better this time round.
should be a more open game, I just have a niggling doubt re that old axiom that "you should never bet against Germany", oh well lets put it to the teat!
