I think we would have to pay compensation as he is under 24 and been offered a deal more or equal to what he is already earning.
Still, the compensation wouldn't be a lot as he's never featured in first team game or anything.

Morten Nielsen have today make two steps.
Firstley, he have signed a new contract with Chelsea (so no free agent this summer).
Secondly, he have switched to Landskrona BoIS from the second best swedish division on a loan deal.
