Pure gutted i was expecting a big name arrival we got an unknown kid from Ireland a star of the future kid fae Barcelona & a guy fae the English championship....that aint the mark of a team with aspirations of going further in the champions league fkn shocking stuff

good job we never signed anyone our bench and stands have enough of wgs signings in them .prospects for any player coming to parkhead sign,sit on bench,come on as sub now and again and told to play out of position, sit in stands then 2years later either get pay off or sold at a loss

disgraceful,yet again the board treat us with contempt.
the huns kick up a stink when things arent right and get changes, we sit like fkn sheep and accept it. the board should be applauded on many things but this is piss poor

Spot on mate i mean they could have at least got a fkn left back how fkn hard is it to get a natural left back not that hard it's fkn shocking.

Im not sure that the board is to blame. Its more the fact that Strachan doesn't want anyone else this window. I think Peter Lawell has funds available but he can't do much if he isn't given a transfer target.

At the end of the day im disappointed that Celtic haven't made a big money/household name signing and even if it is made in January it could be too late for Europe which we want to progress in.

I'm gutted as well lads but we just need to deal with it and move on! Hopefully we can get a bit of momentum going, get some good european results, skelp the huns at ibrox and be sitting pretty by the end of the year when we can hopefully bring in some new faces

Every year celtic fans are promised big names, and vast improvement from the previous year. But once again no BIG names, no MAJOR spending as promised. Rangers, aparantly skint, go oout and spend approx 10 mill in a week. Celtic, who apparantly have a bit of cash, spend a more money tryin to get rid of their own squad.

It's about time the board started to keep promises and show the ambition they speak so much about.

I'm pretty annoyed.Man utd sign Bebatov and how Are we gonna stop them. Naylor has been thrown a life line, He can play shite and still play.

Anyone knows that we needed a left back. We could have taken Kadlec on loan or that lens guy on loan. Whats going on? I reckon we would of signed someone if the champ league packages were down,but I hear there was a 3 hour long queu!

Must admit, I am gutted. When Strachan announced before the window he knew who he wanted, well, I was optimistic we would get quality in early doors. However, the longer the window went without any movement suggested it would be the same old story. It irks all the more that rankers spend 17M when they are skint.

Guess thats moonbeams aiming for the league and auto CL qualification, as it makes them a more appealing prospect to any potential buyers next year.

Meantime we buy players for the future. If Strachan can't find players to improve the squad, on money we can afford, then either our scouting system stinks, or no-one meets his high standards.
