Thats a real compliment innit. We need a left back not this useless cunt.
I cant see it happening but hes certainly not useless.

What do you think they would say about Maloney performances down there..

I'd 2nd this. I think he's worth a shot, especially as a loan... but we really do have a few too many midfielders.

also Rendog beat me to the LB jokes

He was very close to signing for Sevilla but Spurs came in with a bigger bid...thought to be around £4.5million. I remember being worried reading Hertha forums when we signed him...because they didn't seem exactly devestated to see him leave...

He wasn't fit when he first signed so we had to wait a while for him to make his debut. As had been said his performance weren't very good when he did start to play.

He's not the most mobile, he lined up generally as a center mid but often drifted to the right flank. More attacking than he is defensive.

There is talent there...just needs the right enviroment to fulfil it I think.

Man, I have a mate that says "But can he play left back" every time someone is even mentioned in the same sentence as Celtic, I sometimes want to gouge his eyes out with a spoon. I think that mcmanus is much more of a liability this season than naylor, and wilson has been exellent so far.

I'd take this guy as he is young and has done quite well in the EPL, WGS is prob thinking we can get him in and nurture him to a point where he is running an absolute mock, OK OK, I hear ya all saying "but we have too many midfielders", but take the green cross code into consideration, "think before you look, before you cross, YOU KNOW".

Naka 30, Hartley 31, Robson 29, he is thinking on long term, personally from what I have seen of Hartley this season he will not be a 1st team player next year as he is off the pace, he only got MOTM against st mirren because he managed to stay vertical for 90 mins IMO.

So we get him in along with crosas and brown and they are young GIFTED and bl......... sorry got carried away there, and they can learn of the old heads for a year or so before they are chucked right into it. GET HIM IN I SAY!!!!

So pretty much we'd be loaning Scott Brown #2?

sounds a strange priority but I suppose we have just moved on Sno and Graveson and many have given up on Donati (we also punted JJ during last season). We have brought in Crosas and last season we brought Robson but i suppose we are still down on CM numbers compared to last season. Personally I think our only CM worry is whether any of our CMs can do the Hartley DM role well when he is out. That is a potential big weakness.
