that is true mate, good point, BUT if Riordan is in part of the deal(1mill) hibs will no doubt be looking for another 3 mill on top of that, is this an area we want to throw 3million into, a don't think its gonny happen,

Just heard another wee romour it was Riordan and Killen for Fletcher.
To be honest you could be here all day talkin about it. Untill theres something concrete i wouldnt get my hopes up

Hibs will never be getting millions for Fletcher. Deek and £1.5M would be a fair offer. They get a striker who has performed for them before (ala Maloney), at a time they need goals and we could do with the out and out striker. Maybe he'll be in place for the game against the filth!

i've heard this, don't know what to make of it really. i'd love him to be a celtic player. i think he's got what it takes. but i can't help but feel people are seeing deek going one direction and coming up with a conclusion of their own in order to sell papers/ get hits on websites.
Secondly - he's not a £4million player. since kevin thomson and scott brown moved everyone thinks every good player is now worth 4m from hibs.
KT&SB both had massive interest in them so they could demand top dollar. Stevie fletch dosn't.
he's worth 2-3million tops. 2m +deek.
