mate just of the phone says he heard Eider Gudjohnson/barca was looking into a loan/move with celtic.......
would lov this to happen, he is a fantastic player and the sort of player celtic need.........
i know he is on big money[70k???????] but he is 5th on the barca list of starting forwards and he has played at celtic a few times, so knows the fans/club.............
if this happens fuking great signing for the club and fans.......
gonna go online and see can i find anything.....

even if we freed up the wage bill i wouldn't like to give him 70k. If it is a loan move barca might pay a percentage of his wage.

Gudjohnsen has said he will stay with Barça because Guardiola believes in him. The Icelandic midfielder believes he can help the team a lot and remains optimistic about the upcoming season.
Eidur Gudjohnsen, speaking at the press conference after this morning’s training session, said that Guardiola convinced him to stay with the club this season. The midfielder revealed that he spoke to the manager about his future after the summer break: “I was doubtful about my future but when speaking with Guardiola he told me he believed in me and felt I could help the team a lot. I only wanted to stay if the manager believed in me and if I could bring something to the team”.
