if we decide to sell, if the players want to leave and if barcelona match the top bid then yes they can go there. don't think this has any impact on players leaving the club unless they are signed in a deal similar to that of crosas

When we have bought the likes of virgo, miller, killen, sno and gravesen in the past then any player from team like barcelona should be welcomed as not many clubs that have the same finance as celtic do won't get the chance .

barcelona don't have first option on our players. or at least there is no reason to think that. peter lawell didnt say we have had any sort of agreement in place for the last four years. what he said was that they tried to do a similar deal four years ago (where we would buy the player for a fee, but there is a buy back price inserted into the terms of the transfer) involving two players, Quaresma and Saviola. He hasn't said we are a barcelona feeder team. He said this type of transfer was mutually beneficial and both parties are willing to have look at other players who might suit this arrangement.

never said there would be. i just we have the potential to take on more in the future. which is true of any club's player.

he's only 17 now. do u think we would play a 15yr old in the SPL? he would get the crap kicked out of him! and barca would want him there, developing under the guidance of their world class coaches.

I heard somewhere that if barcelona buy him back, Celtic retain 25% of any future transfer. Anyone know if this is true?

I'm not sure i like this type of deal, it's ok for 1 player but when you maybe have 3 or 4 on your books it'll feel like a Barca B team or feeder club with a difference. I just can't decide.
