I´ve heard this rumour for a while now, he was suposed to have been in Glasgow 8 weeks or so ago for a tour. From what´s been whispred Crespo has a number of options to decide his future on with Celtic being one of many.
No reliable source though but hey you must have heard a similar whisper.

Actually it was on the Celtic Underground website. It was on that site on 18th July. Claims that he was shown around the Park and Lennoxtown. He was also shown round certain parts of Glasgow and Renfrewshire. It claims he was offer a £2million signing on fee over a "extremely attractive" two year deal with the option of a further year. Same site also claims Maloney was close to signing for us and this will happen, if it does, by Friday.
