I cant see it being financial. I think it is winning trophies and playing for a club in the last 16 of champs league for the last 2 seasons

most players are financialy because they want to get the most money out of the football career because when it's finished with the money they have got that does them for the rest of their like unless they get another job after that

should drop both & try tamas & O'Dea but i doubt he will maybe caldwell might just be used as cover due to his versatility because i remember him playing cm with his brother for scotland under19s and gs gave him a fair crack at fullback so i recon gs will go with big mick & tamas
