i see the morons among us are blaming the club at every turn when a signing doesnt work out or happen as quick as they like. Stop reading tabloid rags and believing every word you read.

I'm sure Celtic havent been in talks every day for a month ffs....the transfer market is not simple and there has been very little moves even in the premiership.

A think senederos would be a pretty good signing he,s beter in whats there now!!! he,s good in the air, good passer ov the ball , he,s got plenty ov experience, 31 caps , naw bad for a 23 yr old, and Arsene Wenger has used him in the champs league,,, fair enough he,s made some mistakes but what player hasn,t!!!!

Its possible, at first the price for basa was meant to be £7million but now if its £4.5million maybe they think he is now within their reach whereas before he wasnt. Maybe he was initial first choice and tamas was the backup.

Wenger only used him in the CL because he was forced to. Gallas was injured.

he's made more major mistakes than Caldwell has.

you'd be surprised by how prolonged some negotiaitions actually are but we, the fans, only know about them a few days before the player signs on the dotted line.

his agents are out of our controll. we cannot tell them what they can and can't say to the press. the club has said many a times that we shall not rise to what other individuals or media say.

i have faith that we have numerous options for the places that WGS wants to strengthen and we will get them before the window shuts.

funny thing is we were warned of this a few times by romanian members here, about how his agents want the highest penny for him and a cut for them and are known for fucking up transfers because of wage demands

To me tha sounds as though the deal is still very possible but that it is celtic who are in control, this agent guy's getting worried and spouing all kinds of shite cause he knows his stubbornness may have scuppered the deal. This is a good thing. If Lawell has pulled out then its for good reason, i don't want some money hungry waster in the hoops, if that's the case. could well be something totally different, i.e. Basa is now worth investigating before the Tamas deal is tied up, or whatever. Irrespective, I trust our an at the top, he's willing to put up the cash, but only for good business. I lik it, he's playing hard and not being pushed around, in the end should hopefully help us get good quality at a decent price. Still think either Tamas or Basa will sign, could be that its case of choosing which one we want.

then they need to get a new job. I despise anyone who can play football for the most of their life and only do so for the money. If what you're saying had an ounce of truth in it, I'd go try and close every young footballing club I know of. Playing football is about playing football. You only have to look at the fact that Division 1 to 3 exists to realise it's not all about money.

Its a job mate....they are lucky they are talented and can earn lots of money but like you and me they want to earn as much as they can.

I dont understand why fans dont relaise its a job for these guys.

The guys at divisions 1-3 would move in a shot....if they were good enough. That is a fact.
