It's up to him, according to what I've heard a fee has been agreed between clubs for him to come to Celtic, if he decides he doesn't want to be here at a top class club we won't mind, there's plenty other great players out there dying to pull on the Hoops.

I would rather be in a "lessor" league winning trophies and playing in Europe every year rather than getting pumped every week in a so called better leage, never winning anything and never making an aperance in any European competition.
