Lets hope stoke can get him, he is too lanky and clumsy.... like the poor mans Peter Crouch!! Didn't score enough goals, didn't trouble enough defences!

The idea is to strengthen your 1st team.... would we be doing this by signing a guy who couldnt get in it last season. If he was worth the 3m would he not have split up Skippy and Jan??? IMO we could do better with 3m than sign a squad player!

His age doesnt come into it, neither does international experience etc etc. Hes been here 6 months and he hasnt justified the hype nor the 3m/ 30k asking fees!

Not worth 3 mill ? in what market because he is a greek international kenny miller went for a million less and he cant score goals for toffee so is his price high ? no I dont think so

If he goes there he has no ambition as he could be playing champions league rather than a relegation fight.

If Celtic don't sign Samaras they'd be missing out on a big opportunity. It wasn't long ago that he was one of the hottest young talents in Europe, and I for one was impressed by him in his short time here.

The dogs Boruc do you honestly think he is worth 30k a week? That is what he is on at City.
Never in a million years is he worth that. He does not even come close to JVOH's quality

How much do you actually think we will spend??? We probs averagre less than 10m and i for 1 wouldnt be prepared to spend a third of that on someone who couldnt get into the 1st team...

Samaras is a greek international ohhh myyyy!!!! I wonder if we could sign Kevin Pieterson or Shayne Warne... they are big internationals as well!! He was on the bench for the greater part of the tournament!

How many goals has Sammy scored in the last 3 years, its actually quite comparable to Miller! Hes to big and clumsy!

Emile heskey, Gary Teale, Rob Easrnshaw.... all internationals get them on board oh wait they're pish as well!
