i dont think so something tells me that boruc will be with us for years and return to legia to retire boruc is a celtic and legia diehard hes one of us now a celtic fan and the support he gets from both clubs he wouldnt get else where!

I seriously doubt that there is any truth in this rumour, they didn't want to pay 10M for Carson, so why would they spend it on Boruc?
Villa is often linked to our players because of MON. People shouldn't jump on his back, especially when interest isn't even confirmed. And even then, we shouldn't start insulting him, he should still be held in very high regard. Both him and WGS have been great managers for us.

I think its really laughable Martin O'Neil thinks Boruc would even consider going to Villa... Celtic are by far the bigger club... go snap up Rab Douglas, Oneil ya backstabbing prick

I would not sell Boruc to O'Neill for ANY amount purely on principal.
He walked out on us citing his wife's illness as the reason.
Then 10 months later he is back in the premiership.

With a new child having just arrived of course he would go like any pro he goes where the money is.
As for everyone loving o'neill I think your all mad. Yes he brought some glory years to the club like Seville but he left us with nothing. No chance f winning the league.
WGS came in and completely transformed the squad. MON did not even give mcgeady starting berth in team nor Maloney.
WGS brought both thse wingers on and In my opinion has and will achieve greater than MON. Considering he is not Celtic Minded

It's a bit harsh to be having a go at Martin O'Neil for supposedly being interested in Boruc.
MON did a great job and if he happens to want to sign one of our players then so be it.
I don't think he is being disloyal in anyway whatsoever. Boruc is a world class keeper so why shouldn't O'Neil be allowed to show some interest?

FFs there's some seriously delusional posts in this thread and some of them are downright shameful.
MON brought us success and used players in a system he believed in.
WGS brought us success and used players in a system HE believed in.
Two different managers, different systems, different players.
Players and managers come and go...to start calling them names because they're not joined at the hip with CFC is fucking childish and shows a complete lack of common sense.
Oh and having a pop at MON over his wife's illness is fucking shameful.
