iv just read on another site that celtic have offerd 5.5million plus balde and apparently the discussions have been on going for 3 days now. anybody got info on this?

i would take Mcfadden for £3.5m plus balde getting him of the wage bill, do they not want Graveson as well  . £5.5m never going to happen.

It seems a large fee but id take mcfadden in a minute.
I met him back in 2003 in Glasgow when he still played for 'well (he was extremely pissed I may add) and he made it clear he'd run through a brick wall to pull on the hoops.
A committed tim with bags of ability to boot.

To be honest I would give them Balde and Gravesen plus 3m for McFadden as at the moment we can't give these two chancers away, so it would get them off the wage bill and we would get a player that wants to play for us.

Gravesen has made it clear on a number of occasions he loves Celtic and wants to play, as has Balde, so I think your a bit harsh there tbh.
Ultimately tho WGS has made it perfectly clear they are not in his plans, so if they can be used to make the deal happen, superb!
