Would love to see this fella in the hoops..absoloute powerhouse,like a younger,stronger more mobile bobo,has been watfords best player last 2 seasons and gets a fair few goals a season to for a CB, played a blinder for nigeria at the african cup of nations, what do u reckon?

I'm sure we have all seen "the goal".
he was partly to blame for that as he looked to be making the header and then backed out at the last minute.
Why do we moan about gettin championship quality players and then actually have the cheek to suggest they may be a good signing?

Dunno think its called opinions?! so virgo,naylor,camara x 2, dublin, to name but a few were not championship players no? Shittu has played in prem with both Watford and charlton,yea your right lets just go for Rio & John Terry nice and realistic!!

Ricroc I don't get your point mate. Yes all they guys were Championship players but they were all shit. That's what Daviebhoy is saying.
Listing a bunch of players who we signed from the Championship but who were terrible hardly backs up your point about buying more players from the Championship.

my point is he is prob the best centre half in that division who HAS played 2 very succesful seasons in the prem,did u watch the african cup of nations? if u did you would of seen how well he played,keeping drogba in his back pocket for one,he is miles better than the likes of virgo,camara etc THAT is my point
