The Kitbag.com, the cunts stolen my money.
I ordered the Celtic Woven Jacket around 5/Jan/2006,
and by mistake, I wrote my name rather than my friends name.. and the Address was friend's domitory.
So when we went to domitory office, they told me if I wrote like that, they will re-send the Jacket to the kitbag.

But when I called the Kitbag, they said there's no re-sended item from London Univ. Domitory..
So I waited, waited, waited, and must went back to Korea now. my friends lives in London still now. and kitbag doesn't answer the mail really and phone line always busy.

What can I do? omg..

ah.. shite.. it's shame that the Celtic online store is made by them.

Anyway, I sended the email to them if there is no response within a week then I'll make a accusation..

is there anyone can help me?

My Keano top was ordered on Jan 20th. Here it is Feb. 16 and still nothing. They finally replied to an e-mail where we demanded that they refund the money and cancel the order. They said that they couldn't cancel it because it had already left the warehouse. We still don't have the top. When I do my scotland/england trip in the summer of 07, I'm going to find their offices and raise some hell.
