its not just rooney mate.the press down here in england is full of it,the bookies make them 5/1 fav for euro 2008.third fav for the world cup ahead of italy germany holand,to mention a few,alas ive heard it all before(everthing they are in they promise to win).thou i will admit this the best squad they have in a long long time.cant wait for it all to start.

if england fail to win their group they will face germany in the first knock out game,if they do win it they are on their way to play brazil in the semis.so to make these predictions is a little foolhardy to say the least.
