Got a D500 myself, sweet phone. 100m Bluetooth dongles cost €25 and they are worth it
If you have the songs on CD, download iTunes, Encode at 96KBps and in Mono this will allow you to put more songs onto your phone. If you use Stereo, MP3's will take up twice the space. CD Quality or better is not required for a mobile phone.

If your phone has infrared you could get a IrDA Dongle, costs about the same as bluetooth one but not near as fast to transfer and you need to keep the phone in line of sight with the dongle but is easier on the phones' battery

Get the data cable for your model phone but they are expensive compared to bluetooth dongles
