Only reason he gets away with it is because he's one of these so called reality stars. It's nothing short of a fucking disgrace what he was doing to that lad and is out and out bullying. I can't understand why any of his staff don't formally complain to the Police. It's not as if there's no witnesses or evidence.
No man management skills and so insecure of himself he shows it by lashing out at junior staff...a real hero
