on the athletes do the funniest things show on ITV.
It showed you a clip of some martial arts thing, one armed guy going for another before the hilarious funny conclusion. Intro has the host guy saying "Contrary to what you might believe, this isn't Glasgow Rangers fans practising for their next away feature.
