Opposite actually. Hawkins' theory is that any black holes created would evaporate within the structure.

Actually Einstein was very much against quantum physics because of the "spooky" implications. Almost all his dealings with Quantum mechanics are challenges to the system that defy "common sense" physics -- a number of these have proven the science accurate however (and proceeded to baffle everyone nonetheless.)
I'm not sure about your thought connection, however...

Anyways, whether or not it creates black holes or strangelets, there won't be any heav-duty collisions for at least a month (late October). Even in the worst-case scenario we will be safe on the 10th.

Right, the current deadline is to run tests that basically amount to nothing in the coming days -- operating in the giga range as opposed to terra is about all I need to know.

Also correct. I believe the limit being discussed has little to do with "thought", at best you could say "intent" -- but really it's about plancks' constant, which is such a small value that in "everyday" physics it has negligible effect but at the quantum level has major implications.

back and forth and up and down.
You can also extend either your middle finger and show a hun it
or intermingle that with two fingers index and middle with your left hand as well
