If the case is murder or rape , then yes the death penalty should be brought back.

It would make sense,
- it would stop people from reoffending
-Prisons population would be less
-deter people from commiting crime
In saying that some people would argue it was wrong morally.
I really hate peadophiles, they should have something jaggy rammed up their arses.

I agree. They are the scum of the earth and should be hung. But the current legal system has them quitely settled back into society where they can prey on unsuspecting children

I think in the USA at any rate it is actually more expensive to give someone the death penalty then life due to all the appeals and how long they can take.

I've always believed that making someone do some hard (and I do mean fucking hard) time, is a more fitting punishment than death. Let's face it, how can a stiff know that it's getting payback for ruining people's lives?
