taxi driving is like any other job ,i.e if you thought anything was going to happen to you ,you wouldent do it"would you?
personaly i cant see how anyone would "feel threatened"as journeys are so short for any arguements to start and even if an arguement started surely the driver can keep his mouth shut untill u get the person to where there going,
also most people have a pick up address so if anything did happen they could be traced back to that address and vice verca as "jobs" are all logged
we also have a computerised radio system with a "panic code" where we press a button and the taxi office can hear everything thats going on in the car,
if all else fails with the things above you can always deal with it yerself without a weapon or a fight as YOU have the best weapon at your feet"the brakes" you can brace yerself then slam on the brake the person will hit the windscreen so hard that u could make your escape or kick his cunt in,
i have to say though that 9/10 people in glasgow are great ,personally i have no problem with people but then again i dont go looking for aggro
the only reason where i would "put people out the car" is if they fart and laugh about it or if there blatently sick and dont try to tell me to stop, apart from that they can do what they like
