So if Cheryl, Kimberley and Nadine were hitchhiking you would not stop and give them a lift?

I don't know if I would pick one up.. I would maybe make a snap decision if I ever seen a hitch-hiker...

I used to hitch everywhere for a couple of years in the early 80's.

I do still pick up hitchhikers but there are very few of them and mostly they are the car couriers these days.

When you lot say you wouldn't pick up anybody cos these days you don't know anybody, how would you feel if you passed one then read in the news later that someone was picked up by a nutter and killed? If you had picked them up they would have been safe. Maybe that is the trouble with the world these days - the decent people are much too meek

You mean to say you have driven past good looking females needing a lift home!

Can't say I follow your logic mate. It wouldn't be my fault if they were murdered, it would be the murderer's fault. I can't go round in my life looking at every person and thinking 'should I help them in case they get murdered ?'.

I wouldn't pick up a hitchiker. No chance, why take the risk?
