He's a good age and I suspect that he's actually mentally ill.......probably drop dead before much longer. If he doesn't he could be another Saddam Hussein and get done for war crimes. It just seems strange that he played the diplomatic game for decades and all of a sudden turned on the white man. Blacks and whites alike want him out as he has caused major instability.

It's never a good idea to stretch yourself too thin across conflicts. We're already in Afghanistan and Iraq, among other places. I think NATO are just hoping he either dies really soon, or there's some sort of coup, where he is taken from power. African politics is complicated and they rarely help themselves in these countries. Volatile dictatorships and weak/non-existent democratic structure.

the former league of nations/ the current UN has always had the power to first implicate trade and economic sanctions then put military sanctions in place, so why have neither been done
