 help! my good lady had a wee operation on her wrist yesterday, thing is, she will need looked after for the next couple of weeks. but i really want to go and watch the euros on sat. any ideas how to get around this without being a total bastard?

Awww what a shame. Tell you what though I would want my hubby to go....lifes too short for regrets. I have a good support system though as I have sisters who would help me out. Can she have her mum, sister or whatever to stay for a few days? I don't think that she would think too badly of you and you can always promise to make it up to her by taking her somewhere nice when she gets better. Just remember if you go to bring her back perfume

i think i misled you all, im not going to the euros, its a just a couple of days down south with a couple of mates to watch the games.

I still think that my advice would apply. My hubby would spoil me rotten before and after he went  It's all about love and being able to compromise
