No. I think I have made it as clear as day that I don't blame the police. You are simply ignoring my saying that.
I have watched plenty of it. Show where in my posts I criticise the police. You are once again being oversensitive about this. I made it cleat that I find the blame being directed towards the police laughable.

Who is talking about the police in this thread ? Not me.
So you did NOT post @ And no I am not and never have been a policeman. Of course no policeman has ever batoned an innocent person. Ever.@ ????????????????

Well personally, given the evidence and reports, let's just say I wouldn't be questioning the convicted murderer's guilt. If you want to stick up for the murderer, that's your choice.

That was a response to your rather ridiculous statement that 'no person has ever rioted'. Also it is blatantly obviously true that an innocent person will have been batoned at some point. Or are you going to contradict that ?
Are you going to answer ANY of my questions ? I answered the one question you put to me a second time.
If you were in court Tamster facing five years would you insist that they prove you guilty before putting you in jail ?
The answer is YES.
And because the answer is YES you hav eno right to condem someone else without proof. Please come back on this point.
EDIT
You asked me if I had ever dispersed a crowd in similar circumstances - you brought it up.

Dear oh dear.
I am sticking up for innocent until proven guilty.
Do you believe a man is innocent until proven guilty ?
What evidence ? Be specific.

HAVE YOU ANY EVIDENCE OF THAT. YOU ARE VERY KEEN ON STATING INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY. HAVE YOU ANY EVIDENCE THEN MARTIN ???????????????

Since you are so keen on fair play and justice why don't we let the courts decide then.

I believe, that given the pictures shown, and the reports in the Record that he had a role in the violence, this man is guilty. He stabbed his brother-in-law to death on his own doorstep whilst his sister tried, in vain, to protect him. This man is a disgrace.
This is nothing to do with Rangers or Celtic, and he hasn't learnt his lesson if he's down in Manchester rioting.

And...
"Aitkenhead, 38, was captured in a series of pictures of the running battles fought by a mob of thugs against police during the UEFA Cup final violence in the city centre."
"The pictures, published yesterday, showed him appearing as a central figure."
Surely you have enough evidence now Martin. I feel your trying to argue just for the sake of it, and you've bitten off more than you can chew with this one.

Fuck me sideways !
When they have proof and they convict him I'll be glad but the quote above, are you taking that as proof ?
Did you get it from a tabloid paper ? A tabloid paper which we all post reams about on here being full of shite ?
If they are the same pictures we have seen on here then trust me there is no way they would convict him or prove his guilt.

You're out of your depths with this argument though. How would you feel if it was your brother or son who he stabbed to death, and then seeing him out causing more trouble and acting as a "central figure" in rioting.
A changed man? Not exactly...
