The inbuilt chat system isnt as good as the auld IRC one because sessions get expired whilst in the middle of chats.
If you use Firefox, download the add on called "Chatzilla" and you'll be able to connect real easily, ask the Doctor, I had him using it easily with 10 seconds, no lie, or get a standalone IRC program like mIRC

We're on the quakenet server, #talkceltic.net
If you are unsure about these programs or whatever, ask and we'll get ya going really quickly.
These are low bandwidth and computer usage programs so if someone isnt in the channel when you arrive, hang around, people do frequent it every night. This runs indepedantly of the TC forum server so if we have a overloaded server, you can still chat there regardless.
