Clowns indeed! Do you want loads of new jobs and a major boost to tourism, and with that a huge boost to the North Easts economy? Nah no thanks!

Fannys!

The whole thing stinks of snobbery. I get the feeling there wouldn't be half as much opposition if Trump wasn't American.

Absolute fucking insanity.

If you saw the people on the news who didn't want the resort and didn't want to 'spoil the coastline'. They were mostly english hypocrites who just wanted there 2 week eco holiday away from there 4x4s and that and just wanted to be able to say they're doing something for the environment. Like they care if it could have offered jobs, tourism and income for locals. As long as they get their nice break in an unspoiled landscape who cares?
When will peoplelike them learn that if they have absolutely nothing to do with the place they should keep well out?

No, the point I was trying to make was I don't like people who get up on their high horse about things like this and the rest of the time they are the people who go about in chelsea tractors and do a lot worse to the world than most normal people.

the aberdeen local authorities are a fucking joke, its atcually got 10 pages of the news 2day. supposely scotland prime ministers and that are going to look into this. all the aberdeen authorities all said we dont want a dinsey land built on some of our beautiful sand dunes... fucking numb nuts seriously. also if it was built 1000 jobs will be available, and supposely it will bring in £100mil a year for our economy, fucking assholes!!!

Nah mate just the North East. I can guarantee that if a billionaire American businessman approached my council (South Lanarkshire) with a proposal that would bring a 1000 jobs and pump millions into the local economy they'd be rolling out the red carpet for him.

I think it`s a great decision as the green spaces ect will be kept. BUT THE MAIN FACTOR IN MY OPINION IS THAT IF HE IS ALLOWED TO BUILD HIS SO CALLED ECONOMICAL 450 ROOM HOTEL AND 1500 HOUSES HE WILL MAKE ABOUT 2BILLION POUNDS...THATS 4 BILLION DOLLARS IN HIS BALDY POCKET PLUS IT WOULD BE A LOCK AND KEY ESTATE...... HE WOULD BE BUILDING A NO HOUSE OR RELATIVE THEN NO ACCESS TO THE MANY MANY SHOPS THAT WOULD BE BUILT ALONG WITH IT.....ENOUGH WITH THESE FUDS TRODDING IN THINKING WE CAN BUY CHEEP LAND IN SCOTLAND, MAKE EXTRODENARY PROFITS ON IT.!!!!!!!!!!!

END OF MY HEART FELT RANT
