Nokia N95

Think im gonna get this with my new contract, but one question.

A few people I have spoke to have said the battery is ridiculous. Like lasts 10 hours tops.

Anyone have any experience with the phone?
Is that bat really that bad?

I've got an N95 had it for three months now.

Pro's:

good screen good camera, good software, nice and loud, light enough, GPS software (ooohhh i hear you cry) can connect to a wireless network very good internet on it for a phone (clever navigation etc)

Cons:

plastic cover scratches far too easy, not enough space between the keypad and the nav buttons usually end up cancelling a text or something. Battery can be poor if you use it for internet/camera/music/games or if you keep your bluetooth on (defaults on from start until you "remember" to tell it otherwise). no option to delete all for sent/inbox annoying as fuck.

If i wasn't tied down to the contract or had the option to change it? yes i would go back to the sony ericcson phones in a minute.
