Oh there is lots of hacks and that you can do to your pc like:

Speed up your hard drive, Overclock your cpu(very complicated and only some cpu's can do it), Clean out your ram, + lots of little ajustments to make your pc faster.

There is lots of ways but that means alot of typing I might post some links soon to my m8's warez site he has lots of things like that.

Oh and to do this stuff you need xp becuase vista is just a mirrage of a chocolate cake but once you eat it it turns out to be bullshit.

You've got to be careful if you're going to overclock - you can burn out the processor or get interittent blue screen problems through it overheating.

if it's a notebook, don't do it.
if it's a full size PC, make sure that there is a fan fitten directly on top of the processor or remove as much of the casing that you can get away with to keep the air moving

I use TuneUp Utilities 2007 i think its a great program and easy to work also effective, use a decent spyware/adware program too as that stuff can slow down your computer.
