Whats the deal with this?

Do i just downlaod it and click on it instead of my AOL icon?

Is it quicker?

yes it's alot faster and there is hacks to make it faster, also it's alot more safer just install the firefox pop up blocker add on, I have had no pop up's ever on firefox and I have been on warez sites and everything.

Speed hack:

1.Type "about:config" into the address bar and hit return. Scroll down and look for the following entries:
network.http.pipelining network.http.proxy.pipelining network.http.pipelining.maxrequests



2. Alter the entries as follows:
Set "network.http.pipelining" to "true"
Set "network.http.proxy.pipelining" to "true"
Set "network.http.pipelining.maxrequests" to some number like 30. This means it will make 30 requests at once.


3. Lastly right-click anywhere and select New-> Integer. Name it "nglayout.initialpaint.delay" and set its value to "0".

If you're using a broadband connection you'll load pages MUCH faster now!

I done that hack and it balls up my Firefox! Wouldn't allow me to connect to IE or the Internet or MSN?
