Aye..bought a wee nissan micra about 4 years back that i just got recently rid of.Made the guy an offer outside ebay as he had his number on the listing as most people who are selling vehicles on ebay do anyway for a quick sale

can u post the link for the car ? ... let us have a look at the ad ... I buy and sell on ebay ... you've got to be careful who you deal with ... the only bad experience I had was a hacker getting into my account and advertising expensive Pc and photographic equipement under my name ... luckily ebay and anyone who could spot a fake ad knew it was a scam , and I wasn't charged the 25 quid for the adverts

do you know anything about importing,shipping etc??

Haven't a clue about importing or shipping ... but the seller looks as if he's sold a lot of great motors ... only 4 negative feedbacks since 1999 is good going ... just a pity it's in the States ... depending on how much shipping is ... still might be a bargain ... gorgeous car btw

I'd contact the seller and ask for some shipping details. Always wondered how much that would be.

not talked to him this wk so don't know if he;s still on for buying it, i contacted a gut in Canada about buying a $95k hummer from him!! asked about shipping-it was costing something like $4k plus i had to get insurance for it in transit..it was only a joke but my m8's told him that they were doing the deal for there BOSS,, he sent me a shit load of e-mails...

Is that $4 k in U.S. dollars ? ... about £2,000 ... no too bad for shipping a car ... I thought it would've been more than that

I wouldnt do it. Someone I know bought one on ebay and the account was faked and out of the country and he lost all of his money. And ebay couldnt track it nor stop payment.
