playing soccer when younger
how many of you played soccer when growing up? and what position did you like play? i played it from like the ages of 5 to like 18. thats what got me involved with celtic remember playing soccer and all my teammates were fans of manchester united just because of like david beckham. hes coming to LA you know? hes going to bring alot more people into galaxy and more crowds. i always liked ireland and heard about celtic from a guy friend of mine about the team. And i used to play sweeper and then they moved me to left midfield and stayed there for the rest of my playing days hehe

right back myself.....
had trials with a couple of senior clubs at 16 but just wasnt good enough.
played a decent level....but now reduced to the odd appearance at amateur level to help out mates....if i can be bothered...prefer a game of golf now but coach boys and girls football twice a week now

cool guys...what was your best goal?..i know like a few of you played defense. my best goal was when I was playing back as like a sweeper on a corner and their defense headed it and it came close to me and I shot it really fast and went past like everyone it was like so lucky but it was great!!!

I used to play when I was alot younger.
I played center back and sweeper usually rotated eventually just center back.

I was a natural right footed player but played on the left wing, my primary school didnt have enough left footed players.

I used to play up front but played ingoals for longer...I was quite good, played pro youth for a couple of years with Motherwell but lacked desire TBH
I can remember scoring a stunner against Blantyre...Left peg just rattled it in open play it was a bit like ronnyiho's goal against England

I played centre mid, Played for Rangers  Falkirk, Livingston and the mighty Celtic. Also played for Scotland a few times at under 17's. I though i was gonna be the man now im 18....doin nothin play for Kettlebridge part time lol, And going to uni soon. ahhh my best goal lol theres been a few, my shooting was good if i say so myself...still, but I shot from like i dunno 30 yards out it was Livingston versus Dunfermline and i beat a player and just smashed it.....bar and in quarter finals of scottish cup woooo......knocked out by rangers next game lol
