Help needed urgently

Last night I tried to download The Streets - A Grand Don't Come for Free off here

I started the download, and noticed that it was only a 17mb download, so I cancelled thinking it couldnt be the real album because the filesize is too small. Then I switched my comp off. Now today the RAR file is still there, as is the .part file as well! And I can't delete it! Every time I right click and go to delete, it says "Cannot Delete A grand don't come for free, the file is corrupted and unreadable" I can't do anything with it either as it hasn't got any files in it! Someone help us please?
