for clubs to compile a list of agents with whom they would prefer not to deal. It wouldn't be necessary to give reasons other than " prefer not to deal with this mercenary". If such a list was published on the net then maybe players would start to be more discerning about who they put in charge of their affairs. Maybe the list could be started with a Mr McGill. Just a thought.

Agents can't make decisions for players unless players allow them. Players aren't totally innocent and are not that naive.
