Gotta give them credit. Cack in the league yet they battle for their lives in the uefa cup. Don't know if i want them to win it though. I'm already dreading the commentry for the CL final and the world cup. Now some arse is gonna ruin the uefa cup as well. Aw well watch it with the sound down. Good luck Boro.

I dont see them as having a great deal of quality, their defense was piss poor on the goals, but they do have first class strikers, and in fitba a wee bit luck can help also, hell it was a sub that handled the outcome to an extent Maccarone?

i liked how McLaren didnt hang around after went 2 down by bringing on Maccarone (a player ive never doubted). Maccarone was superb last night coming on and lifting the team with that goal before half time and his never say die attitude.
I hope they can beat Sevilla like any normal team rather than waking up after going 3-0 down again like the last 2 rounds.

Boro reek of quality just dont show it enough on a regular basis, Viduka, Yakubu, Hasselbaink and Maccarone up front is amazing ammo.
Downing,Boateng, Parlour,Mendieta, Rochemback, James Morrison, Lee Cattermole thats a pretty good midfield as well.
Riggot, Southgate,Quedrue on his day, their about the only decent ones to be fair the defence does need a looking at.
Schwarzer is a quality keeper and is one of the best in the prem imo
