Patella Ligament
Has Anybody here ever hurt it playing football or anything ???
because ive hurt mines last august and havent played football since i thought i was fine then went back in november and was on pitch for 1 min and heard a crack and went again ffs then it happened again in feb there so went to docs and he give me apointment with the physio have to go there in 2months i think i was just wondering if any bhoys on here has hurt it could give me bit of advice please thanks

i done mine just landing wrong in a game,, didnt think it was anything major,, until i got a scan turned out to be my cruciate,, anyway hope yours isnt as serious,,,, that site will give you loads of info

I done something to my knee before but it was some sort of disease. Osgood Schlatters it was called.

u need to use a stationary bike......its great way to excercise your knee without putting pressure on it

the same thing happened to me but it was in my hip and lower back,i heard a click like noise then couldnt walk. that was in january still cant play :(.

regicfc.....its fine........start at a slow pace for a couple days or a week.....the more you feel comfortable as time goes on, you can increase the speed......the idea is to increase blood flow for the knee
