howya doin,

yap, st.pauli are based in hamburgS city centre( closer to the centre than hamburg sv anyways).
i used to live in pinneberg. itS a nice town just north of hamburg in the county of schleswig-holstein( the most northern county in germany, between hamburg and danish border ). but as it is so close to hamburg and hamburg is so big, it seems more like a suburb of hamburg...rather than a town of itS own.

all the best!

itS defo not as hatefull as it is with the huns, but still good load of disliking. the way i see it it was worse a few yrs back, when there was loads of openly showing nazis @ hsv. for my feeling it has gotten less but i might be wrong tho...and if ya look at pauli on the other hand, the support is way more open minded, colourfull and rather leftish sorta.
also the same with the the name, itS called hamburger sv but its located outside the (old, original) hamburg, but st.pauli is the heart of hamburg. thats why i love the chant " wir sind hamburg und ihr nicht"

edit, saying all that. its ages ago that i went constantly...nae guarantee! ;)

well it´s not like celtic & rangers but the hsv have more problems with us then we with the hsv . . especial the hsv hools don´t see it was a friendly rivalry . .

the problem is like whytea said the nazi hsv thing . . . st. pauli are i guess to 99% anti-racist people and that makes some trouble . . . but not just with the hsv . .

AFAIK St.Pauli hates Hansa Rostock more than they hate Hamburger SV
