Well i have yet to see on SSN or any BBC source that rangers have made a firm offer for edu, or davis,so don't even consider getting the panic pills out until you see firm evidence.

even if they do get davis & edu i still won't be getting the panic pills out, if they get them it would mean they have spent in the region of 12mil after taking away ugly betty's 8 mil and imo they're not much stronger than last year

btw were we not linked with mendes a while back for peanuts when he was at spurs??

What i don't get is why the obsession with centre mids now, if they get all 3 then they have bawwy coming back in november someone is gonna get dropped, and really pissed off, unless he plans to play davis on the wing which he did a lot last season, Davis is utter shite on the winf, pissing away £3 million if they do that IMO

Seems like panic buying to shut their whingeing fans up before the Hearts game to me ! Also read something the other day saying Fulham were not going to let Davis go for less than 4m , why would that change ?

at the start of the window it was an obsession with strikers,now midfielders

they are gonna end up with a massive squad and wage bill with most of them in the stand if they don't get selling

Why do Fulham suddenly want to sell him for £3m. when they have said again and again they wan't sell him for less than £4m?
They couldn't pay the price before Cuéllar were sold. Now they have paid £3m. for Mendes + £2.5m. for Edu if he gets Work Permit. That mean £7.8 - 3 - 2,5 = £2.3m. left. If the buy Davis for £3m. they have lost £700k on the Cuéllar deal, for three midfielders. If the price going to be £4m. its become -£1,7m for three midfielders.

Don't forget they aren't going to Europe, and wouldn't earn as many money as Celtic. All this Rangers signings are gamling with money in fact of they already got a pretty wide team with MANY (average) players.

The most stupid thing in the world Celtic could do now, is to panic with the transfers because of Rangers spread their money in sake of signings. Gladly I know Peter Lawwell and Gordon Strachan is more clever than Wally and Ally, and waiting for the right players to become available. Don't fucking waste a lot of millions on players who dosn't shows out to be as good as we already got. We don't need anymore squad players, we already got enough players, and the best team in Scotland. We should only sign good players. And if we can't get them now, we will get them in january.

Peter Lawwell said last night;

And that's good enough for. Don't be panicing, stupid and greedy bastards, without a clue about how things work.

lets hope they dont buy or sell anyone else, there team is full of diddies from the championship or squad players from premiership and there spaniard couldnt hold down a start at a mid table greek side!

4 in a row! lets hope we bring in 1 more player, preferably a big name!

well said christian H, and well said hoopy, they are buying all these pish players and wasting there money on midfield... and bawwwy will return so someone will need to be put on the bench so they waste a few million on a fill in player, they are throwing there money away and it will have effects next season when the money isnt there!

Totally agree Christian, we need to strengthen our squad with quality not rebuild it like those w*****s, Lawwell will be working on targets who can do this, it has always been policy to not talk about targets till we have them in the bag, this infuriates some people but then we are not alerting others to our business. A lot of the crap that is coming out of Mordor via the Daily Hun is to keep the huns quiet to avoid this protest.
