thread about new layout for celticpoland.com. I needed your opinions and someone deleted that without any warning or so.

i think the reason is simple. there's something wrong about this forum lately. more advs, sponsored links cash cash etc. and now we have a situation when talking about different celtic sites is not allowed because they think it's illegal advertisment. the sentence "big celtic family" means nothing here...

so if you want to talk about different celtic site here beware of ban while talking jokes about Poles is legal

Very sad state of affairs there mate .

1. Spamming it is not allowed ( many people have come on and tried it i there thread got deleted )

2. We have nothing against the polish guys or any other poles for that matter if someone made a bad joke or something you should report it to one of the mods don't tar everyone with the same brush mate .

3. We have a great bunch of guys here from all over the place lets not try and get in to arguments about where peolpe are from and shit .

I cannot believe you are still going on about that. Why don't you share the reasons why you found my Mr. Sheen picture racist?

Maybe if Overkill hadn't deleted the thread in question before everyone had a chance to see it for what it was, the rest of the forum could decide for themselves.

I personally didn't delete it but I have a rough idea why it was.

DID YOU ASK PERMISSION?

The answer will no doubt be no. A mod has every right to moderate as they see fit and by not asking permission you are breaking the rules.

We are really good with links being posted, if you ask and are a fairly regular user we always grant permission. Christ we lost one of our regulars flump67 in this way. But we are one Celtic family and it's everyone's choice where the post.

To post that Szuwar is unbelievable.

This post has seriously pissed me off.

What are you talking about? If it is about the RT thread google context. It was a joke by a member who posts jokes on a regular basis. To call someone racist or that "this forum" looks down on Poles is absolute nonsense. To generalise everyone with one innocent thread is ridiculas. Ask Torq, Amenhotep or anyone on NN about my view on Poles for example.

I started that thread ,it was'nt racist nor intended to be racist ,as greendave said ,it was removed , basically bacause 2 individuals decided to personally abuse greendave with multiple expletives

amenhotep even had a pop again,at myself,the other night in the bellamy v zurawski thread

I've found the thread and had a look. It's not direct spamming but it is easy to see why the mod may have thought it to be spam.

The thread is back up.

However if for any reason in future you want to post a link to another site, even though this isn't really what you have done here, just ask permission from any online mod/admin. If there are none online, make a note of this fact in your post and it should be OK.

Szuwar is wide of the mark with his comments.
