Wimbledon II
Why was the last thread about Wimbledon closed?
Anyway, Murray through to face Gasquet (great player) in the round of 16 on Monday.

I watched Murray playing earlier today, he did really well and some of his shots were great. If he gets through the next round, he'll have Nadal which would/could be a cracker...

Murray was awesome for large parts of the game today, he did get a wee bit stroppy & careless in the 2nd set & his service was fecking shocking.
But he pulled it together & won, hopefully he'll learn from it - cos Nadal won't let him off so easily.

I think he prefers the huns to us from what I've heard but he's a definite Hibee first and foremost.

i actually sort of believe murray could go all the way, but with nadal in his way to reach the final he will need to play out of his skin, nadal is on fire! but then if he does get to the final federer will be the next stop. who knows time will tell

I think he has a great chance of winning on monday, he is NOT the favourite to win, and like all scots, this is hwne he is most dangerous, gasquet is good on his day, but put money on murray. Come on Andy!
