Anybody here is interested in strongman competitions ? In 2 weeks I'm gonna compete in my first competition, looking forward to it. I've been training for so long, I'm pretty sure it'll pay off. I've been training for about one year, 5-6 times a week exclusively for strongman. And I will only turn 18 in september. I'm glad I started training young, I have time to reach the top

right now I'm 5'11-ish ( 1m78 ) and a light 275 lbs. ( 19.6 stones ).

it'll be good to have a strongman competition where atleast 1 guy has a pronouncable name and not Kvryzarckwarzov

FYI, Terry Hollands, an Englishman, is one of the top strongmen of the world.
You should checkout the British Strongest Man contest every year, a lot of great athletes won that trophy.

yeah well that's what you get to train seriously. I like the gym, and hopefully the gym likes me too. I also care a lot about what I eat, as all strongmen do.
the worst thing I ever heard is somebody saying strongmen weren't in good shape. that's ridiculous. they are incredible athletes, both strenght-wise ans cardio-wise

My fingers aren't fat at all and I have no problem whatsoever to type on a keyboard.

As for the pictures of me competing I don'T for the moment, I'll have a couple after my next competition on June 29th.

And who told you we wear lycra costumes ? That's in powerlifting mate, in storngman we wear nothing special apart from a lifting belt for some events.
