Trapattoni Gets ireland Job
Confirmed On Sky Sports News!
From Red Star Salzburg website:
Giovanni Trapattoni has made a decision on his future just before the 2007/2008 T-Mobile Bundesliga resumes after the winter break: The ‘Mister’ is to take on the job of Irish national team manager after the end of the season - for a two-years contract.
Until then the highly successful 68-year-old coach will be fully concentrated on the final 13 matches of the Austrian season as the Bulls seek to successfully defend their title.

Well, I'm not too much a fan of the old fashioned Italian 'go one up and put ten men behind the ball strategy' but we'll see how it goes.

This is great news. I have heard that he doesn't speak english though. I guess he will use an interpreter to coach his team?

He Wants Liam Brady, Who Is Fluent In Italy After Playing There For 2 years, Under Trapattoni I Think? So He Wants Him In ...And Im Sure He Will Do A Few Classes And Brush Up On His English And What Not..Look At Capello, His English Is Brillaint, Consedering When He Was Appointed He Was Shite!
