Awesome performance by us. Atmosphere at Croker was amazing and I love the Hill.
Roll on the final next month.

Very gracious. Heck, at least you're still in the football.
(Even though I think Kerry will beat you.)

Totally agree. Wexford really were very comfortable. Could be a Leinster Final rematch there against Dublin.
Kerry for me was no surprise though. They have to be red hot favourites to get the better of Cork. In fact I wouldn't be surprised to see them give Cork a bit of a doing.
The form book does look like it is heading towards a Dublin Kerry Final.
Kilkenny were so impressive this weekend too. I don't think it really matters who they play in the All Ireland Final. Kilkenny are head and shoulders the top team and I can't see anything other then a 3rd straight All Ireland Hurling title.

I like the football better, but I've only been to a live hurling match before. Never went to a football match. It's hard to follow the GAA in America, however I try my best.

You need Setanta and then you can follow the Championship. I prefer football myself as well but I love watching Hurling as well. Two great games.

From an outside point of view, the Hurling is hardly worth watching now.
Kilkenny are so much better than the rest that the Liam McCarthy Cup is in the bag already and probably will be for the next three or four years.
As for the Leinster Championship. Why bother? If Galway are not admitted, it's Kilkenny's for the next decade.

Kerry are slipping ominously into gear again at the right time, as they do.
Again, like the Hurling, despite the amateur status it's becoming all a little predictable now and the qualifiers system severely reduces the chance of a shock winner.
Under the old system, they would have been out.
You might be able to catch them out once, but it isn't likely to happen twice in the Championship.
The qualifying system seemed like a good idea but it's taken the intensity out of the provincial championships and it plays right into the hands of the big boys. Until it's scrapped, it will probably be two from three or four teams every year in the final and that is not good for the game in my opinion.

Well how Cork got away with a draw against Kerry I will never know after being totally pulverised for 79 minutes.
I cannot see a third mistake in a season for Kerry though and they should win convincingly in the replay and the final will be another one sided rout.

79 minutes?
awful match, there have been very few good games this year and cork are not a good football team so what does that say about other teams in the championship?
the amount of wides kicked in the championship this year has been amazing, i think kerry kicked 18 yesterday

Kerry were robbed!
Was never a penalty, in fairness.
The replay is this weekend, part of a double header with the other semifinal. Should have been played in Limerick, really.

watched the game and to be honest i dont think that we (tyrone) have anything to fear if we get to the final both teams were dreadfully poor especially cork who were very very lucky to get a replay out of it, plus we seems to have kerrys number down recent years like we have with the dubs and look what happened there. tir eoghain abu

i'd fancy tyrone against either cork or kerry too, that performance against the dubs surprised me tbh but if they can produce another performance like that no one will stop them

i couldn't believe how bad the cork forwards were, donncha o connor had a good game and goulding was average but apart from that they never looked like scoring. wasn't too sure about the sendings off, i didn't really see what dara did
